This is just a classic workout. . . 100 burpees for time.  It certainly wasn’t the best time I’ve had on this drill, but I was wiped out at the end for sure.  Who’s going to beat my time?

I am going to try this one later after work. How many reps in each set or does it matter how many sets?

Doesn’t matter how many sets it takes. Just do 100 as fast as you can. However you want to slice it is up to you.

WOW! Amazing man, totes wick effs! (totally wicked effort hehe) Burpees are one of the hardest things I think you can do with your body weight! 100 in 16 mins – hardcore!

Good Work out Vic…

BUT we do burpees with a full nose/forehead/chest to the floor with a 12″ jump at the top…

Anyway…100 burpees with full push up and a jump: 8:04

Damnnnnn, John. If you check back to this comment I’d love to know how you measure the 12″ jump: touch something suspended from the ceiling, jump over an object, how? Having a height requirement on the jump is a great idea to keep everyone’s burpees on the same standard.

And your time is awesome! I think the best time I’ve had on this drill is around 12 minutes.

And if you do check back to this comment, and you wouldn’t mind. . . could you please let everyone know your age? (John is a fellow participant in the Ultimate Black Belt Test and I know his approximate age. Let’s just say 100 burpees in 8 minutes at ANY age is impressive, but. . .) Thanks, John!

I only do baby burpees, but I do 100 in 10 mins. Probably double that if I could do the whole push up in between ;)

And you dont have to edit, we like to see you sweat….haha!

Baby Burpees for me also; 100 reps in 9 min 20 sec. Not bad for a guy that’s 295lbs! lol
