On the Second Day Of Fitness. . . We have kettlebell snatches combined with “reverse” turkish get ups. The “reverse” just means that we are starting the movement from the standing position (the top of the snatch) and then lowering ourselves to the ground.
Alternate hands with each rep and see how many you can do in 15 minutes.
Stay tuned for tomorrow when I give you a workout using 3 different exercises for the Third Day Of Fitness. That was brutal, but it’s the brutality that inspires me to try it (30lbs instead of 44lbs). Let the chips fall….
Yep, it’s a tough one. Good luck!
What happened to the “On the first day of fitness, gym junkies gave to me….?” I think you should delete this video and put that little bit in there.
Lol! I hope my singing was over the top enough that everyone realized I was not taking my vocal skills seriously. Just a little way to laugh before the pain of 100 burpees.
Hi Vic,
How did you count your reps? Was it basically one per hand? For example, the sequence of the right hand snatch and turkish get down/up, that is 1 rep?
Or was right hand snatch, turkish get down/up, left hand snatch, turkish get down/up 1 rep?
I think its the first, but wanted to make sure before I attempted this
Awesome workout! you made it look so easy that I thought it would be a piece of cake, boy was I wrong. I used a 35lb KB instead of 44lb and finished 25 reps in 15 minutes. Can’t wait for my 3rd Day of Fitness workout tomorrow!
