For the holidays this year, I’m going to be doing a video series for you titled “The 12 Days Of Fitness”

Starting on Monday, December 14th, I’ll be posting a new workout video each day!  This will give you a bunch of new ideas and workouts to add to whatever current plan you’re on.

Im also going to throw a little twist in there, and each for ech day, I’ll do that number of exercises.  So for example, on day 1 it will be just 1 exercise.  On day 2, I’ll do a workout with 2 exercises.  I’ll continue this until we hit the 12th day where I’ll be doing 12 exercises!

I’m sure I’ll be sucking wind on a few of these days.
