Hi Vic:
Couldn’t swing buying your 31 day challenge at the intro. price. Hope to do this before it increases again (hold it for awhile OK). I’m trying to get my husband interested (he has about 25 lbs to lose, mostly around the middle). I’m not overweight but could lose 8 and just need to get rid of the flab.
I read your guest post about building muscle. For women, how does that go? I’m watching the diet and cutting out the junk but how do I build that lean muscle (and get tennis player legs?).
