Couldn&#039;t swing buying your 31 day challenge at the intro. price. Hope to do this before it increases again (hold it for awhile OK). I&#039;m trying to get my husband interested (he has about 25 lbs to lose, mostly around the middle). I&#039;m not overweight but could lose 8 and just need to get rid of the flab.

I read your guest post about building muscle. For women, how does that go? I&#039;m watching the diet and cutting out the junk but how do I build that lean muscle (and get tennis player legs?).
