Well, buddy…here we are just me and you. Well, shortly thatll change…

But im curious, how much weight your looking to drop? I think you were about this weight when you introduced this to the site?

Im doin my own thing to end the month, I would like to get back to 170 from the 175 im at now…but I cannot lie…my waist is the same size but im very very noticeably stronger.

So we shall see what happens. Waist size and strength..

-Utter shreddness.

Lets kill it big V!

I don’t think I can get under 150lbs in the 31 days like I did back in April. I’m shooting for the mid 150′s. We’ll see how it goes.

But yeah, man. Let’s KILL it!

Hey Vic

I’m on a challenge myself. This is my second week too :) Dropped 4lbs the first day (after fasting as per ‘eat stop eat’ for 20 hours) and the scales haven’t moved since! Argh!! Wonder if my body just didn’t like the fast?

Anyway, will fast today again and see what happens tomow. May even up it to twice this week. I actually felt really good not eating all day, then just ate a dinner.

The rest of the week, I think I ate too many carbs at night (rice x 2, potato x1). So I’m cutting them out completely this week and just sticking to chicken/fish with heaps of steamed veg.

Good luck to you, and me ;)

Tusc :D

Yes, good luck to us both!

I’m bringing out the “big guns” this week, after I was displeased with last week. Stay tuned. . .

Since I just started the Advanced Workout this week too, I was curious what your numbers were for the first few workouts? Loads and total times? And what are you doing on your “On Your Own” days?

I love the updates, and I like how honest you are, especially when it comes to owning up to not eating too great. Diet, IMO, is always the hardest part.

Thanks and keep up the good work.

No doubt diet is THE toughest part.

Today I did Workout A. Deadlift was 155lbs. (I have an ongoing injury that makes me leary of deadlifting even moderate weight). Completed the drill in just over 13 minutes. Burpees will get me everytime! Gotta love ‘em. :)

I fell off track a little last week as well. That night time snacking is killer. Love the site.

I also had to say: your dog is awesome!

Thanks, Rafi. As crazy as Coda drives me sometimes, he’s also the only thing that keeps me sane some days. Love my pup!

Very nice.

I recently did the V-diet (6 weeks) it was tough as hell – but dropped 25 lbs
