Start with the handstand pushups and do as many as you can. Usually this will be about 1-4 reps. The move to the ring dips and do as many as you can. Next head to the rower, and rock the rower for 30 seconds as hard as you can. When you come back you’ll get a little break as you have to adjust the rings for pushups (unless you have 2 sets of rings). That’s 1 circuit.
Take a break for about 60-90 seconds and then do the circuit again. See if you can complete 4 full rounds of the circuit.
Feel free to modify the circuit to the equipment you have.
