My good friend AJ Roberts (pro powerlifter) just made an awesome video showing the 30 biggest bench press mistakes.
AJ and I filmed some stuff for an upcoming DVD at my gym a few months back, and I literally learned more about benching in 25 minutes from him than I did in my previous 7 years as a personal trainer. He’s a hell of a nice guy, and will certainly help you put 20 lbs on your bench press.
BTW here is a video of AJ benching 500 & 525 like 2 years ago. I think he benches 745 now (with a powerlifting suit).
