I held my breath fearing the fall, slip or twisted ankle. (or was that edited out). BE careful! But yes, very cool – the best part is when he scaled the wall.

You can totally do that on a treadmill. As a matter of fact I did it just last week ;-)

Seriously though I take your point. I think overall outdoor running (or parkour, or other sports) should be where you get the majority of your cardio. However, I still think (at least for me anyway) that the treadmill is good for increasing your running speed as you can force yourself to run faster. You can’t do that outside.
