Seriously though I take your point.  I think overall outdoor running (or parkour, or other sports) should be where you get the majority of your cardio.  However, I still think (at least for me anyway) that the treadmill is good for increasing your running speed as you can force yourself to run faster.  You can&#039;t do that outside.</description>
