That was a fantastic video. I’ve only recently discovered this site and I’ve been inspired to take my conditioning to the next level ever since. Thanks.
Awesome video. From a technical standpoint, pure genius. Love the fade action when your pacing from left to right. It sounds like NIN, great musical choice. BTW, the content was honest and perfect.
Love it so true Vic I was going to tell you about a man who failed to make a light bulb 999 times, but I think you already know about him. I’ve already failed to deadlift 300lbs enough times but hey success is near.
This is a very subtle but nonetheless an awe inspiring video that will really get you to workout. Cool Music too, what song is that by the way? I think Im blogging this.
Thanks Mikhail! The song is “The Wretched” by Nine Inch Nails. And my sincere appreciation for considering posting this to your own blog. Spread the word!
Great video Vic. Inspired me to get a camera so I can document some of my successes and failures. Also inspired me to get out and run yesterday and to train hard today. Keep posting stuff like this please!!
Excellent video Vic. Really motivating.
Xcellent motivation Vic

Thank you, Brett. Inspiration is awesome, but it will never beat action. Train Hard!

Thanks, Mike. The music is “The Wretched” from Nine Inch Nails. Just seemed to fit. . .
Awesome video man, that was really inspiring. I’m working hard today after watching that one
Hell yeah, Mike. Train hard today and everyday!

I also linked to your site. I am guessing the post will get 5,000-&,000 views this weekend…so I am guessing that will help

hells yea Vic – it’s painful to learn through failure, but, are we really failing if we learn from it and keep getting back up again and again?
u da man bruddah!
–z–
Zach!!!! Always a pleasure to see you drop on comment at GymJunkies. I agree, as long as we keep getting back up and learning, there is no failure.
The only failure is quitting. Period.
Thanks again, man!
I laughed pretty damn hard at the jump rope “fail”. So much easier than it looks.

How many fails does it take to get this good?
Oh man. . . Ross is a fitness FREAK! (And one of my heroes). Thanks for the link!
