I’m starting a new feature on the blog on Fridays where I’ll highlight quality fitness blogs and websites that I think you’ll like.

Today I’ll be talking about Mark Sisson’s Mark’s Daily Apple Blog

A few months ago, I read Mark’s new book The Primal Blueprint and I was completely blown away.  I’ve always been a fan of the primal lifestyle, which basically means moving and eating as we were intended to do.

As a society we’ve gotten SO far away from this, that it’s turning into a major problem.  Nobody eats real food anymore…Nobody does actual, hearth thumping workouts anymore… and it’s beginning to show with obesity rates rising at a very rapid pace.

Mark’s message, much like mine, is a no b.s. way of cutting through all the crap out there.  It’s about focusing on what works, and what’s practical in most people’s lives.

Here are a few key posts on Mark’s website that I recommend checking out…

I highly recommend reading Mark’s site.   There’s a TON of quality info on eating, and I agree with pretty much everything he says… You can connect with him on Twitter or get his posts emailed to you or put in your RSS feed

Make sure to check in every Friday, as I’ll be featuring a new fitness blog/site that will help you get lean and mean.
