I’m starting a new workout/nutrition program to get lean & shredded in the next month or so…
I’ll be using the workouts from the Advanced Program of the 31 Day Challenge
Right now I’m around 169.5 lbs…. If you can guess my final weight (or be the closest to it) at the end of 31 days, I’ll hook you up with a FREE copy of the 31 Day Challenge Workout Manual (soon to be released) and a FREE DVD of my follow along bodyweight workouts (overall value $100+)

I am going to guess a weight loss of 7.2 lbs. which puts my final weight guesstimation is 162.3 lbs. Good luck w/ the program!

First, it is hard to guess because I have no idea how tall you are. Second, I don’t no the “lbs” because I am finnish. So my guess is 82,5 kg.

As I assume it will be a healthy diet, I would say around ten pounds in a month. 159 lbs.

171. Yes, more than you weigh now. Changes in body comp will put on the muscle and lose the fat, and you’ll gain weight while being shredded. How you like them apples?

I am starting the same program Sunday the 13th. I am shooting for 15 pounds. No dairy is going to be harsh but it’s only 31 days right?
Anyway, after reviewing the workout and diet I am guessing you will drop the same amount to end up at 154.5.

Seriously, you’re already fit and muscular, which makes it even harder to drop weight. I don’t think you’ll see a large decrease. I say 163.4 will be your final weight. Good luck!

I’m going to say 168.2 . If your goal is shredding but you’re trying to put on muscle at the same time, i don’t see your weight fluctuating a lot.
( I really wanted to guess up but if you are truly trying to “get lean” you aren’t likely to put on that much fat)

2. (optional) out of 31 days, how many days you will be on a calorie deficit diet?

Current bodyfat %? I have no clue. Too high is best I can say.
How many days will I be at a calorie deficit diet? Most. Probably all except Saturdays.
