This is a true story…
When I originally wrote the 31 Day Challenge Program, it was intended for people who wanted to get lean and ripped and had anywhere from 5-15 lbs to lose.
Some of the exercises are pretty demanding, and I didn’t think someone who was severely overweight could do this program…
But I’ve been proved wrong.
Ray Ludvigson bought the manual when I released it on October 1st, and in just 31 days he went from 337 lbs to 308 lbs. Ray emailed me his before and after pictures and his story recently, and I was absolutely blown away…

His face is noticeably thinner, along with his stomach which you can really see in the side pictures. His legs look much thinner and you can see the beginnings of muscular development in the chest and shoulders.
Ray told me his goal was to get to 250 lbs by next year, and I have no doubt that he will do it. I’m incredibly proud of Ray, and just wanted to share his story with you. He’s a shining example that it’s never too late to take action and change your life.
Update: Ray is actually down over 40+ lbs now as he’s finishing up his second 31 day cycle…
If you haven’t yet, check out the 31 Day Challenge Manual….

This is pretty impressive that he was able to do the 31 day challenge. Very cool and should definitely get more people interested in it.
I am also doing the challenge. My first 31 days ends in 2 weeks. There is no doubt I can see physical changes already underway. I’m down 13 pounds in just two weeks.
I started on beginner body weight program and it was sooo hard at first. It still is hard. I have learned to hate the burpee and especially tabatas. But, every day it gets a bit easier. For those of you sitting on the fence, follow Vic’s program it’s the real deal.
Hey, thanks Charles! And congrats on dropping 13 pounds in just two weeks! Keep up the great work.
It works, I lost close to 15lbs, then did it again and got shredded.
Kill it!

Thanks, Mike. Yes everyone, this is the same Mike who won the original 31 Day Challenge. And he is a complete BEAST!
Congrats, that’s great!
I think this is gonna prove to be more useful than ever, especially next month (when everyone is trying to lose those holiday pounds).
Hey, January DOES have 31 days. . . Thanks!
