		<description>I am also doing the challenge.  My first 31 days ends in 2 weeks.  There is no doubt I can see physical changes already underway.  I&#039;m down 13 pounds in just two weeks.  

I started on beginner body weight program and it was sooo hard at first.  It still is hard.  I have learned to hate the burpee and especially tabatas.  But, every day it gets a bit easier.  For those of you sitting on the fence, follow Vic&#039;s program it&#039;s the real deal.</description>
