Mike McNeil was one of the winners from the 31 Day Challenge. Mike has a great story of how he went from eating lean pockets, slugging energy drinks and spending 2 hours per day in the gym to getting absolutely ripped (look at the pics) in just 1 month with the 31 Day Challenge Workouts…
If you’re at wokr, put this on play in the background while you work… Mike shares some of the sticking points he had to overcome to get ripped. I think this will really help a lot of you who read this site…
Here’s the audio…

Great interview as well MIKE… hmmm.. what if we were to ‘join forces’? LOL… might be something to think about… and we would owe it all to VIC. I know we would make one kick ass TEAM! xoL
Another terrific interview. Great job, Mike and Lisa!
Hi Vic & Mike
Great listening to your call.
It’s inspiring to hear of your journey from processed to real food. And from 2hours training to gymjunkie style
I still have friends that do the 2 hour gym thing, but I’m spreading the word Vic….;) I love training now it doesnt take up half my evening
All thanks to GJ!
Tusc
Keep hitting those short intense workouts, Tusc. And thanks for spreading the word!
dnt get me wrong…sometimes ill stay at the gym for 2 hrs, but its because i havent been there in 10 days and its time to do 250 flying burpees!!!!
typically its 30-40 min for me. HARD!
thanks guys and gals!
Mike
Awesome work Mike!

Enjoyed listening to that article. His journey is very similar to mine. I need to now redline it for 31 days as part of my ‘Get Ripped 4 Summer’ campaign. I’ve gone from 112KG about 18 months ago to 87/88KG, stopped smoking in Feb (very easy this time may I add thanks to fitness) and now eat relatively clean, lots of veggies and lean meats. I have also joined a triathlon club and am addicted to cycling. I also completed the Sydney City2Surf 14K fun run last month, a feat I would have thought impossible a year ago!
Like Mike, I also want to do my Personal Training Certs and help people who are in the position I was in. After many failed attempts over the years, I know how to do it!
Cheers
G
Sounds great, Graham! And big congratulations on stopping smoking. Keep up the great work.

Thanks everyone! And im glad I could help just…at least someone with my story.
And thanks VIC for not basically, but literally changing my life around with your programs a dedication to helping others!! Keep killin it pal!
Mike
