Hey junkies!  I just put together a little video of my workouts titled “I am Training” from the past week. This was part of The Ultimate Blackbelt Test that Im participating in.
Since you guys seemed to really like the grocery store video, I think I’ll do videos more often. Let me know what you think by leaving a comment below…

This was like an arty documentary that carries a social message, like they make for drugs/teenage sex/racism. Loved it!

I like your “Nike” or “Reebok” approach – cool video man!

Don’t add music, at least not loud and noisy like I am used to hear… If you do add some, make it fade in and out or something like that – your words is what’s so powerful in this “short story”.

Cool video Vic.

Training is not what I do. Training is who I am. I am Training, ARE YOU ?

The line’s highly motivating. Now I’m ready to get my balls to the wall in the gym.

Many thanks to all for your comments! The video was filmed over the course of a week of my normal training and it was a lot of fun to film and edit. Be sure to let us know what else you’d like to see on video at GymJunkies!

Love the video Vic. Some of those pullup exercises look hardcore. I like the line “It punishes mediocrity with frustration and rewards discipline with success.” So true.

Wow, very inspirational and motivational! I should start doing my squats like that (almost parallel to the ground). Those are some hardcore moves. Great video!

Thanks to everyone for the comments! And Anna, unless you have a medical restriction, the lower the squat the better. Just watch an Olympic Weightlifting competition and see how low THEY squat! Below parallel is perfectly fine for most people.

I can’t believe I missed this clip! I thought I’d put you in my RSS reader, but I mustn’t have. Anyway, problem fixed!

I know exactly what you mean when you say training is who I am … that’s how I feel too!

Great vid, dude!
