		<description>You can pick up a waterball at Dick&#039;s or any sporting good store.  Just make sure you get the pop resistant ones.  All it is is a exercise ball that I  deflated and filled with water.

Sandbags can be made for about $20-$30 or so.  Ross has a great tutorial on his site for making them

		<description>We all need to get out of the rut once in a while.  Don&#039;t get me wrong, I do not train with sandbags and waterballs every damned day.  I use the traditional barbell movements most often and plenty of bodyweight stuff, too.  But some times, you just have to shake shit up!</description>
