I tend to only remember the other people doing the same workout as me as those are the comments I see usually but to the others doing the other workouts as well, all the best and keep at it!!
ive been taking aboard the info that you have gave vic but used my own workouts based on a mix of ones you have done and ive lost 7lbs without loosing any strength/muscle and in some cases i have improved my strength
2 weeks to go! cant wait

Vic- My wife and I have been doing your workouts every morning at 5:15 and sticking to the diet. We started a few days late, but I’ve already lost 7 pounds and she’s lost 5! We are VERY excited and committed to your great, simple program. We’ve been doing the beginner weight-loss workout without gym equipment. One of the best things about it is we’re doing it together, and keeping each other accountable for everything. It has been really wonderful. Thanks so much for making this available. Look forward to every update- theyre the first emails read in my mailbox each time. Love that most the advanced home workouts are only 15 mins (although they kick butt)-so there is NO excuse not to fit in a workout.
Cant wait until the next update-thanks for keeping us motivated to rock the bathing suit this summer!

Thanks for all the time you’ve spent on this. Even though I had a lot of pre-planned social events in May where I can’t help but enjoy wine (Greek/Roman fancy dress tonight! Plus 2 bank holidays here in the UK in May!) I have stuck to the regime on my down days and kept my weight down and even lost a few pounds
However, I will pick this challenge up, with more consistent effort, when I have a clear month so that I can lose some serious fat!
So what I’m saying is, we can use your methods at ANY time. Your diet rules are simple. Your workouts are brutal but quick. Simply put, you wrote us a fat loss plan, gave us lots of encouragement and support and all for free. Very generous of you!
