
This is the final video from last week. Arvin, John and Lyndsey killed it for 4 weeks (as did a lot of you!) and you can see them weigh in at the end for the final weight loss totals…

Hey Vic,
My challenge began on May 7, so it ends for me in 2 more days, but so far I’ve lost 12.6 lbs.
My reminder to everyone is there’s a difference between scale-pounds and fat-pounds. 10 pounds down on the scale is probably more like 12 or 13 pounds of fat lost. Doing these exercises increased muscle mass, which as we know is more dense than fat, in turn adding some weight.
So Vic, what’s the next challenge??
