Hey Vic – Just got one question. What’s varsity and what to the numbers mean?

Varsity is the highest level you can play at on a school team when in High school or College.

If you dont make varsity, you wrestle Junior Varsity (JV). its the same for all sports here in the U.S. (football, basketball etc…)

He said he was 2-3, which meant he won 2 matches and lost 3 matches on varisty…

hope that clears it up for my friends across the pond :)

That video is great. I love the no excuse approach. I just look at it this way. The more fancy an exercise, the less effective it will be.

Great video. It’s like the 300 workout (from the show “300″). Great motivation… I’d love to stay and keep checking out your site, but I just gotta go train :) I’ll be back later.
