These shirts are available (but they’re not for sale)…
However, you can win yourself a shirt! We’re offering up these rare Gym Junkies shirts for some of our best success stories.
To get your FREE shirt, try one of the workouts listed here at Gym Junkies in the left sidebar, or in the member’s section, and take a picture of yourself before you start and when you’re finished. And if you email me a good before & after picture I’ll ship you one of these exclusive Gym Junkies shirts.
How to take pictures
If you’re a guy take your pictures with just a pair of shorts or boxers on (example pic below). If you’re a woman, take your pictures with a bra & underwear or a bathing suit on. Make sure you wear the same outfit in both pics (unless it no longer fits at the end)

You should take a picture from the front and also the side. Don’t take them in the mirror as it has a tendency to distort pictures.
Once you have your pictures email them to me, along with a little story of how you got your results. Email me vic {at} gymjunkies.com.
If you have good pics, I will ship you out a shirt immediately! Remember I only had 20 of these made, and there is about 11 or so of them left. These shirts aren’t for sale, so don’t ask. You have to earn them

I’m in! Concrete goals are a great motivator for me, and I’ll do anything for a free t-shirt (I guess it’s the undergrad in me).
31 days in between pics?
If you do the 31 day program, then yeh 31 days. But a few of the other workouts on here are 8-12 weeks….
Whatever you choose, doesnt matter to me
Vic, I read your email re: doing interval training on the treadmill. When is it best to do this ? Pre-workout or post-workout ? Or a totally different day
totally different day if you MUST use the treadmill. I would recommend some interval training with either bodyweight/weightlifting exercises over the treadmill tho.
