I would like to see more bodyweight exercises and fat burning tips because i do not have easy access to a gym nor do i have the space or money to build a home gym myself.

Hi Vic,

I’m not sure if you’ve done this yet, but it would be nice to see an article / video on effective ways of using super-sets.

For Video I like to see different circuits that people come up with using different implements: Dumbbells, KB’s, Sandbags, Bodyweight, Clubs. etc.. That sort of stuff always gets me going.

I need to get as much accomplished in the shortest amount of time (about 30 minutes). I have 4 children who like to interrupt and a husband who hates it when I exercise (huh??). You already mentioned body weight exercises so tell more about that.

Hiya Vic

I really liked your ‘real time’ video, so would like to see more of them. I too workout at home so it’s nice to work ‘with’ you and also see the form.

Also, for us home exercisees, I’d like to see more dumbell and/or bodyweight circuits. I don’t have bar n weights, just dumbells and my fat arse!! lol

Cheers

Tusc :D

oh! I have a skipping rope too :)

How about an article about “switch-ups” in training. ie. you follow routine for x number of weeks then have a transition session/week where you do some different things (to alleviate boredom, to give muscles a rest, for fun) before progressing into a modified routine? What might be some things tha are done during this transition time?

Also, what about an artucle on training while sick?

thanks

Thank you SO MUCH for your input!

I want this site to help you as much as possible and these ideas are always money.

It seems a lot of people like the circuit/home workouts, we have a DVD of them filmed and may sell this at some point.

Keep ya updated…

Vic,
I just went through your lifting videos and discovered that I could improve my form for the press and squat. Thanks; now that i’m moving to heavier weights and approaching middle age, you may have saved me from an injury. I also learned that I could get some rings and do “laying” lat pulls off my home chin up bar. Any more videos would be appreciated.

@ John M. : I don’t think I can receive a much greater compliment than I might have saved you from injury. Many thanks. As far as the rings go, if you don’t have any a long towel or some rope will work in a pinch. And you’ll work some grip strength while you’re at it! Thanks again.

Hey Vic. I’d like to see a bit more about diet – what you eat, what you think are good foods to incorporate into your diet, portion sizes etc. Really enjoyed the grocery shopping video but not seen much on diet since then.
